Ingredients

A Symphony of Green Goodness

  • 2 cups fresh spinach or baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 green apple cored and sliced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup cold water or plant-based milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional
  • Juice of half a lemon for brightness, optional

Instructions

  • Prep the Ingredients. Wash the spinach thoroughly.

  • Core and slice the green apple.
  • Peel the banana and cut it into chunks for easy blending.
  • Blend the Base. In your blender, combine the spinach, banana, green apple, and chia seeds.

  • Add the liquid base — start with 1 cup, then adjust to your desired thickness.
  • Blend Until Smooth. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add more liquid if it’s too thick.
  • If you like it extra cold, toss in some ice cubes and blend again.
  • Serve and Enjoy. Pour into your favourite glass or jar.
  • Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds or a slice of green apple for garnish.
