Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries(fresh or frozen) Use a mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries for a dynamic flavor.
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt Go for unsweetened to control the sugar content
  • 1 tbsp honey(or to taste) Adjust to your preferred level of sweetness.
  • ½ cup cold water or milk, or dairy-free alternative Almond milk or oat milk work beautifully for a vegan-friendly version.
  • ½ cup ice cubes Especially great if using fresh berries.
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds For an extra boost of fiber and healthy fats.

Instructions

  • Wash and Prep the Berries. If using fresh berries, wash them thoroughly and remove any stems. Frozen berries can be added directly — no thawing needed.
  • Blend the Base. In a high-speed blender, combine the mixed berries, Greek yogurt, honey, and liquid base.
  • Add Ice and Seeds. Add the ice cubes and any optional chia or flaxseeds.
  • Blend Until Smooth. Blend until creamy and silky. Add more liquid for a thinner consistency, or more berries for a thicker, spoonable smoothie.
  • Serve and Savour. Pour into your favourite glass or bowl. Top with fresh berries, a sprinkle of seeds, or a drizzle of honey.
