Wash and Prep the Berries. If using fresh berries, wash them thoroughly and remove any stems. Frozen berries can be added directly — no thawing needed.
Blend the Base. In a high-speed blender, combine the mixed berries, Greek yogurt, honey, and liquid base.
Add Ice and Seeds. Add the ice cubes and any optional chia or flaxseeds.
Blend Until Smooth. Blend until creamy and silky. Add more liquid for a thinner consistency, or more berries for a thicker, spoonable smoothie.
Serve and Savour. Pour into your favourite glass or bowl. Top with fresh berries, a sprinkle of seeds, or a drizzle of honey.
